Direct Connect, Clear Add-in Cache

Some Microsoft 365 configurations will require an additional step during manual deployment to clear the add-in cache.

  1. From Excel, click on File --> Options

  2. From Excel Options, select Trust Center --> Trust Center Settings

  3. From the Trust Center, select Clear. This will clear the cache for your add-ins.

  4. Close all instances of Excel and re-open Excel.
